+ Do we supply roof and side cladding?

Yes, we can supply a range of roof and side cladding options, these include Marley Eternit fibre cement sheeting, metal box profile cladding in a polyester or plastisol finish or insulated composite panels. Please contact us for more information.

+ What is included in your kits?

We can supply as much or as little as you’d like. This ranges from steelwork only to a kit supplied with all steelwork, cladding and doors. Please contact us for more information.

+ What is your lead time?

We try to keep our lead times as short as possible. From order to delivery is usually four weeks. However during busy periods this can increase. Please contact us for more information regarding our current lead times.

+ Can I put up one of your kit buildings?

We make our kits as simple to erect as possible and supply CAD drawings and instructions with all orders, along with excellent telephone support. However we strongly advise that the structure is erected by an experienced and competent person. Failure to do so could cause injury or damage to property. Kitbuildings will take no responsibility for any injuries or damages to people or property whilst erecting the building.

+ Do we supply concrete panels?

Yes, we can supply a range of concrete panels to suit your buildings, these range from 100mm panels for cattle buildings to 150mm panels for grain stores. Please contact us for more information.

+Can I come and visit before I place an order?

Yes of course, we welcome potential clients to come and visit, to show them our manufacturing facility and to discuss their project in more detail. Visits are strictly by appointment only. Please contact us for more information.

+ Do I need planning permission?

Planning laws vary between local councils so we advise you contact them prior to ordering a building. We can help with the planning process by supply plan and elevation drawings that you can submit to your local council. Please contact us for more information.

+ Do we offer an erection service?

We do not erect our buildings, we only design and manufacture them. However we have supplied many buildings to steel erectors so we may know of someone who works in your area. Please contact us for more information.

+ Do I need a forklift to unload your kits?

Yes, clients must have mechanical means of offloading our kits. We can deliver using vehicles with either a HIAB or forklift on the back if this is required. Please contact us for more information.

+ do we supply windows?

We do not supply windows, however we can supply opaque side and roof panels. If your building is to have galvanized sheeting rails we can create openings to suit. We can also supply flashings to go around the windows matching the colour and material of the side cladding.

+ Do we supply doors?

Yes, we supply personnel access doors including fire escapes and security doors. We also supply a range of roller shutter doors, including manual, electric and even insulated doors in a range of colours. Please contact us for more information.
